Frederick Myers

In addition to being a founding member of Western Pacific Investments, Fred is the founder and managing director of Northwood Investment Partners, an investment management firm with a value oriented investing strategy. He has been in finance and consulting for nearly 15 years, working previously for Russell Investments, Sempra Energy, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to that, Fred served in the US Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and diver. In addition to investing, he also has a passion for environmental sustainability and renewable energy.

Fred holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He currently resides in San Carlos and enjoys biking, running, and hiking with his wife and two big dogs.

Bob Johnston

Bob has spent thirty years developing a deep and multi-faceted expertise in all aspects of the real estate industry, including purchase and sales, development, construction, project management, urban planning, land use, entitlements, valuations and area trends. As a Licensed Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Menlo Park, California and as the original founder of Johnston Millwork, Bob's extensive network, experience, craftsmanship and building background gives him an unparalleled understanding of the business and unique expertise in the luxury market. Prior to being a founding member of Western Pacific Investments, Bob has overseen the development of over 50 single family homes and developed over 3,500 lots.

Bob has devoted his time and effort as a mentor to at-risk youths, led students at Stanford University as a Smart Growth and Development Leader, and has acted as a Construction Captain for Rebuilding Together Peninsula. Born and raised in San Mateo County, Bob currently resides in La Honda with his children.

Linda Pino, J.D.

Linda is a graduate of Stanford University School of Law and a California State Bar member since 1998. Before becoming a founding member of Western Pacific Investments, Linda worked in the corporate and real estate departments of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton and for Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a boutique real-estate law firm in San Francisco. Additionally, Linda developed MCLE (continuing education for lawyers) curriculum and presentations, teaching courses on ethics, elimination of bias and electronic discovery procedure.

Formerly a Corporate Mindfulness and EQ Consultant, Linda has a passion for studying and teaching meditation, emotional intelligence and personality and is a certified Enneagram consultant and yoga instructor. Linda received a B.A. with Honors from the University of Virginia and currently lives in Redwood City with her twin teenagers and her boxer, Penny.
